Two nights ago was possible to do some initial test with the new equipment added to the Ager Observatory.
It was the first remote lunar astrophoto from Ager, not easy because was only clear one hour between the clouds (and not completely) , not so many time to test it.
I used the new 203mm Cassegrain at F17 (3500mm), the QHY-III 174 monochrome camera and the Astronomik ProPlanet 642 BP IR-pass filter.
Terrible seen, moon at only 22 degrees altitude and the OTA not really thermally compensated, not good.
Only a set of 4 streams with 1000 frames, with the few good ones from there and a very small/fast post processing I get this result.
I am very happy, how many possibilities will come with this new telescope 😀
