Now the RC10 is mounted and running at the observatory at the top of the new Mesu200 astro mount.
Really good results guiding with Phd2
and the first data captures with Pempro reveals a really long and sweet PE of 4.6 arc-sec (pek-pek).
More info soon 😀
I am humbled by your images, location and equipment setup. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Mesu E200.
As a potential buyer for the Mesu Mk2, may I enquire how accurately the wedge has to be aligned on the pier to achieve a good PA? Due to the 3 bolt adjustment arrangement surely a wedge bearing error will introduce tilt in the mount, is this a problem?
What was your experience making fine PA adjustments with the 3 bolt arrangement on heavy imaging load?
Your 3 mount to wedge bolts look larger than the ones I have seen in other pictures (8mm I believe), have you upgraded them?
Thank you so much for your comment!!
